I had Accurate quote on doing spray insulation in my basement about my foundation in the floor joists.
Every step of the way they were pleasant to deal with, professional and knew what they were doing.
They took pains to clean up and get things back to normal. THANK YOU!

We had a wonderful experience with Accurate. From the quote thru installation. The crew was very professional and courteous, answering any questions we had. They installed cellulose into our attic to an R50. The crew took the time to explain the benefits of also insulating the rim joists in our home, which are lacking. Very Affordable. Do not waste your time or money on anybody who is trying to talk you into fiberglass! We had a home energy audit performed prior to the attic insulation and now we're getting an energy rebate. The energy auditor is totally independent from contractors, does not try to sell you a thing. Spend the $385 and get the audit then you'll not only be comfortable in your home but secure in the knowledge that you are not being oversold a product. We're new to this area and were told about Accurate Insulation by a neighbor of ours. They were certainly right, Greg and Matt came out and bid on job, we then ran into health issues and they worked with us to get the job done. There crew was very polite and did a great job at out house. They came in and did our whole house basement an attic and when done our house was clean and much warmer in just days. Great buy and a company to be trusted.

We badly needed blown cellulose insulation, as well as soffit and gable vents. Accurate did an outstanding job. Our old place (built in 1850) had several areas that were very difficult to access and still others where installation was challenging. It was tough, but the friendly and hard-working staff were clearly up to it. This went better than I ever would have imagined, and I recommend Accurate enthusiastically and without reservation.

I hired Accurate Insulation to upgrade the insulation in two attics and to put in spray-foam insulation and a vapor barrier in my basement crawlspace. I had a number in mind for what I thought the job would cost (which I wasn't willing to pay), but I received a bid for a much lower amount which I was happy to pay. Josh, Greg, and Matt were all great to work with, and the team did a fantastic job on the day of installation - I swear I can feel the difference already! They worked efficiently and did a great job cleaning up, which was a concern I had going into it. They maneuvered around obstacles carefully and made sure all of our questions were answered, even going back up into one attic to check. I'd hire them again if needed, but hopefully I won't have to! Even after the service, they have been helpful in processing rebates and answering my additional questions. Very pleased.

Accurate Insulation completed two separate jobs this summer at our old, drafty lake house. Josh did an excellent job protecting finished parts of our home as he insulated the crawl space and sprayed foam on the walls and ceiling of a previously drafty converted porch. Greg also was very helpful offering solutions for other insulation issues in our home. I'd recommend them without reservation.

Greg Plank & his team at Accurate Insulation did a superb job adding insulation in our attic & installing 2 roof vents for our existing bathroom exhaust fans to our 40 year old home. They were Professional, Knowledgeable, Considerate & Respectful of Us & Our Home. They Listened to our concerns & they were Careful – hanging plastic around the attic opening to contain whatever dust or insulation might escape & they cleaned everything up after the job was completed on the scheduled date at a fair & reasonable price. We have noticed a huge difference in our heating bills & our AC barely goes on anymore! We should have had them several years ago!

We are remodeling a home in Brighton and just finished the insulation with Greg and his team. They performed so professionally and efficiently. Greg offered a hybrid idea combining spray foam and cellulose blown insulation which worked out just perfectly. I will always give Accurate Insulation 5 star ratings as I'm sure they will continue to exceed expectations.

Greg and his team did a thorough job using foam insulation in my crawl space/basement for an excellent price at that. With foam insulation of the rim joists and subfloor, my crawl space temperature is a steady 74 degrees, even warmer than the main floor of my home so I don't have to worry about pipes freezing in the crawl space. I am also saving on gas heat this year. I will continue to recommend Accurate Insulation to friends and neighbors.

Greg and his crew at Accurate Insulation were great. I finally decided I was tired of cold bedrooms in winter, and hot house in summer, and wanted to do something about it. I had an energy audit performed to identify a lot of the problem areas of the house. Some of the proposals the auditing company suggested seemed reasonable, some seemed quite expensive. I decided to get some other quotes and opinions. Based on a neighbors recommendation, I called Greg at Accurate Insulation. He came out and reviewed what the energy auditor proposed, and then did a through walk through of the house. He agreed with some of the proposals of the auditor, suggested some alternatives to some of their proposals, and mentioned some problems that weren't addressed by the audit. I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. We came up with a plan that was very affordable, and had great bang for the buck. We didn't do every possible improvement suggested by the audit, only those that fixed the major issues and offered the most bang for the buck. He quoted the remaining work that could be done if I wanted more improvements, and split it up into logical chunks that made sense. I ended up having them fix the ventilation problems in my attic and enlarging my soffit vents, sealing air leaks around the ceiling recessed lights, blowing in a bunch more attic insulation, boxing out and insulating the attic access hatch, and spray foaming the basement rim joist. His prices were excellent, and the work was done quickly, correctly, and they guys did a great job minimizing the house disturbance and cleaning up afterwards. So far the added insulation has made a nice difference. I may have further work done down the road, including spray foam insulation in the finished basement, and injecting more insulation into the walls from the outside. Highly recommend!
