I came into the office to find out why my bill was $200 more than I was quoted. I was told to "shut up, get your little @ss out of my business and don't come back." How is this man in business if he is this rude to his customers?? I was nothing but courteous and professional and I was yelled at, kicked out, and threatened with the police if I came back. I will not be using AIC again. I feel so bad for his receptionist, she was very sweet.
