"Lifetime Warranty" Don't even. I bought 5 Box mods and out of the 2 that were my personal ones they would not fix saying I used it irresponsibly. I know how to vape and vape safely above the ohms required. Had to send it in before and did not fix. Sent again and said they won't fix my box mods. Thanks guys.

I have been purchasing from, and following the progress of this local (for me) company for about a year now. The customer service in the store is good. Someone is always ready to help with juices or hardware. Okay, since my warranty is "void" now. Because, I leave my vape in the car, and prefer to not bring it in with me, and it was prone to "Hot weather" therefor melting the sleds(Yes, I've purchased 2-dual 26650's from these guys), which I feel is ridiculous. Can I just buy the sled without being shoved this stupid "Good job on voiding your warranty, here's 35% off to go buy another mod!" Hurray! If I can just buy some sleds so I can solder them myself like it will only take me 5 minutes to do. Yet you ship it back with this stupid coupon? Is that really worth it? because last time I sent one in for the same reason, it was shipped fixed, I even politely asked if there was a problem, I wouldn't mind paying for the repair. I got this email from them, "package being shipped". Now today I come home to find two box mods in the same condition I shipped them in.
