Provided by YP.comDr. Bonine is professional and extremely kind and caring. His staff is the same. His office works like a fine oiled machine and the experience, even when your are nervous, is taken in consideration. I had stage one for an implant today. It was seemless, no pain and no pain after. I was prescribed meds if I have pain. I don't think you could ever find a better surgeon. Plus he has a sense of humor.

Provided by YP.comExcellent doctor and excellent staff. My 5 year old daughter suffered a serious injury which included knocking one of her lower teeth out. My daughter's primary dentist was unable to fit her into their schedule. Dr Bonine made a special trip into his office so that he could take care of her. His professionalism and skills are top notch. He was kind and patient and was extra diligent to address all of her fears. He carefully explained the treatment plan and not only talked to us (the parents), but also took EXTRA time to explain the treatment plan to my daughter in a way she could understand. As a result, a lot of her fears were set aside, and she felt as comfortable as possible with what needed to be done. I feel we were extremely fortunate to find Dr Bonine AND his staff. Michelle, Linda, Beth, Christina, Jennifer... not meaning to leave anyone out... all of you who were involved in our care, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Provided by YP.comI am so fed up with this place. You have to practically beg these people to give you YOUR money back. Since they make you pay upfront THEN bill the insurance. Getting them to bill the insurance has been a complete debacle for me. Get ready to spend your time calling them back to make sure they actually do what you ask them too also. I have been waiting weeks to get MY money back from them. It's just ridiculous. I will NEVER go back.

Provided by YP.comThis office is only concerned with one thing; taking as much money as they can from you. They will only tell you partial truths about the charges (they put the amount in writing, including what your insurance will cover, have you sign, and when questioned why insurance didn't cover what they said, inform you that it is your responsibility to know what your insurance pays for). A simple tooth extraction ended up costing almost $700 when it should have cost $86.

Provided by YP.comI agree! receptionists are rude and Dr. B just seems to want money. He made me schedule a second consult because my last one was "a year ago". He charged me $90 to look in my mouth for two seconds and tell me that i still needed to get my wisdom teeth out because nothing has changed. Well duh! And then he mocked me and "tested" me about my profession. I am a therapist and he quizzed me on what a cognitive behavioral therapist is. He said he wanted to pick my brain and test me. Ok..I get it, you have a PhD. SO what! I think being a therapist is a lot harder than being a dentist. No one is going to commit suicide if you dont do your job correctly. I really do not trust him but at this point, I need to get my teeth extracted so I have no choice. But certainly in the future, I will seek out other, cheaper options. (his facility is elaborate for a reason; patients pay for it in the high fees he charges).

Provided by YP.comThank you Dr. Bonine for coming in special, and calling in your staff, to see to my medical needs. It saved me a trip to the hospital emergency room. You and your staff did a great job, and I will definitely use your office in the future. Also, thank you to Dr. Brink DDS for referring me to your office.

Provided by YP.comI have a massive phobia of going to the dentist and horrible anxiety. I eventually got up enough courage to schedule an apointment to have my wisdom teeth taken out. Only 3 teeth came through but they were impacted, therefore I needed stitches and knew it would be painful. His front desk staff were great, the nurse who took me in the back was rude. I have my tongue pierced and apparently they aren't fond of that in Brighton. After I spent $1400 to have this crap done to my mouth I asked him how do you know if you have dry sockets? His response was "if it's anything more than sore". I had stitches... yeah it's sore, how will I know??? So I called the Sunday after my appointment to let him know it was "more than sore" and he called in Vicodin. A few days later that wasn't touching the pain. So I called back to see if I was doing something wrong. He was extremely rude and told me that he was leaving to go to Mexico and that I should've called him when he was available. Now I had to wait. After I saw a DIFFERENT Dr. to address my dry sockets I had to go back to him to get the okay to take out the packing for good. He proceeded to tell the nurse how I was the one that hasseled him and didn't call him at a good time. I asked two different dentists that work at the facility if dry sockets can come back, neither one of them could tell me, both responded "I'm not sure"... Needless to say I won't go back. Beautiful facility, but inconsiderate Dr. Perect if you want to feel like the Dr. is just there to do a job, and not to take care of his patients.
