This place refused service to my son with autism because we didn't have a reservation. The management is terrible and the customer service is extremely poor. This is the short story. This is the first place I've EVER been to where we were refused service because of that. Unbelievable. This is also the only place that has successfully made my son upset. He is so well behaved and was happy to be there, so we had no choice but to leave.
