I did a lease deal over the phone and via email for a new Buick. They never mentioned that the price includes 'optional dealer items' (which I didn't want and never asked for). Then then added this to the lease and we only found out later on when we received paperwork from one of the companies that provides the additional non wanted item (Theft Guard protection for $300). This was never mentioned at any stage either when negotiating a lease by phone or by email or when signing the lease. These guys basically tacked on charges to our lease without telling us.
That such a typical dealership scam - IT'S NO WONDER PEOPLE HATE DEALERSHIPS when they con you like this.
I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
