This company has retained our $800.00 core charge AND our core rims, they have not returned one or the other. Our company has contacted Mike Byler every month for a year but insists that he needs refreshed of the situation. Mr. Byler assumes that the problem will go away if he ignores it long enough. I don't think it will..
If it helps anyone else go to Ripoff report.com and file a report like we did, or in addition file with the Better Business Bureau in Michigan as well.

I have to agree with Troy S and the google reviews. The solution to an issue is, IGNORE THE ISSUE UNTIL IT GOES AWAY.

Ordered a set of 4 chrome OEM for my Cadillac CTS Coupe. OMG! They are f'ng beautiful!!!! 100% of the wheel is chromed. My past experience with other companies is they typically chrome the face only. Can't believe the craftsmanship. Thank you!!!

last year I called mike byler president of chrome wheel exchange to exchange my rims on a 2010 Camaro ss the rims can the next day and were pitted I called and mike and he said he would take care of it BUT HE JUST PUT ME OFF AND put me off over and over and over again it's been almost a year now no call back he won't answer my call's and when you call from another phone number he answer and say's he will get RIGHT BACK TO YOU AND NEVER DOSE well I have had enough now and I throw in the towel. BUYER BEWARE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY YOUR'S TRULY ONE VERY MAD CUSTOMER
