Had a HORRIBLE experience tonight. I worked at this location in the past and am extremely disappointed in the directions it has taken. The staff were wearing normal clothes, no nametags. I could barely distinguish them as employees. We came in a couple minutes before closing and the employees were groaning about how customers kept coming in. The hours weren't clearly posted so I can see how people would be confused. At one point, an employee hopped over the counter to lock the door. They were out of most of the popular ice creams flavors. I know that the ice cream is kept in the back freezer and would take very little effort to remedy this. Unfortunately, the employees just told everyone they were out. The girl ringing us up had no idea what we ordered and we had to tell her. And of course they didn't sing when we tipped. I cannot believe how poor this experience was. I love the ice cream at Coldstone, but I'd rather go to DQ than put up with this again.
