Stay far away! Typical business....your friend and buddy when they think you are going to make them some money, and your enemy when they find out you may not. I was literally kicked out of the office when I was honest with Dan Gawda of Concord and told him that I had wanted to get the costs of his services because I was shopping another mortgage company as well. He told me he "didn't have time for this" when he heard I was talking with another company, and showed me the door! Wow.....so he went from my buddy, to "get out", when he found out he might not have gotten my business and my hard earned money. All he had to do was share the costs of their services and I was prepared to definitely consider them. So, unless you are going to give them your money...stay away or you too may be treated like an insignificant peon.

I was turned down by another lender and Concord Mortgage was able to get me what I wanted at a good rate.
