Provided by YP.comThe stylists are amazing- especially Laura and Julie. The receptionist has terrible customer service. She can never fit me in for hours and refuses to charge the correct amount for tips. I tell her to leave a $6 tip and she rounds it to the nearest dollar- $6 and change. She says she has to do it.

Provided by YPmobileLove this place. Have been taking my family there for years. Always have left happy. Carly is awesome! On occasion have had to have someone else and have been very pleased.

Provided by YP.comThe review below mine is FAKE! It's quite hilarious. This salon is very dirty. The shampoo sinks do not drain because they have never been fixed, so while you (the customer) are leaned back enjoying your relaxing shampoo your hair is sitting in a concoction of hair,dandruff, and who knows what else. Yikes! Not to mention that the salon is never professionally cleaned because its much cheaper for the owner to have the stylists clean the salon for free at the end of their shift. The bright side to all of this is you can still get your haircut a minute before they close! They truly just want to make you happy :)

Provided by YP.comThis Fantastic Sams does everything in a professional manner. I have been going there for years and from time to time I am also required to sign a waiver but it is based on the condition of my hair. I am thankful they pay attention to the condition of my hair to protect me and their business, especially if it is something that I want when they don't suggest it. Their services along with the value and quality are by far the best. Highly recommend this place! The great thing is I can go there anytime and when my regular stylist is not there or available I can trust that anyone will do the same great service.

This Fantastic Sams is now indiscriminately requiring Hold Harmless forms to be signed before they begin chemical treatment (color/highlights) on only "some" patrons. This is so that if they mess up, they no longer have to "make it right." There are NO other salons in the county that make you sign a hold harmless for 5 highlight foils! But that is exactly what I was required to do yesterday before they would place these 5 in my hair -- even though I was with the same stylist, for EXACTLY the same highlight procedure, with exactly the SAME color formulas/etc as the last time I was there 5 weeks ago! They subjectively decide who they wish to satisfy and who not. Do YOU want a salon that discriminates this way? I hope not!
