I GIVE THIS STORE NO STARS BEYOND AWFUL!!!! This an incident that happened yesterday 9/17 at the Brighton MI location which was very unjust. I had an interview with , I assume store manager, at 4;30. I arrived 10 minutes early and the gal at front counter told me to go back to the yarn department and stand by the table while she called back to her to let me know I was there. So I did as instructed and while waiting I seen and heard a young gal leave which was her 4:00 interview. Thinking that it shouldn't be long now while waiting I was looking at the yarn. Mind you...I have my resume in hand and thinking she must be really busy to take this long. When her 5:00 interview arrives , Kerry, I'm wondering if she forgot about me. I'm so close to her office I'm hearing AND seeing this. So I go back up to the front desk (different person) and laugh and tell him that I'm was to see Lauren at 4:30, I think she may have forgotten me. He calls back to her and she says NO, HER TIME HAS PASSED, THERE WILL BE NO INTERVIEW! I'm speechless to say the least. I waited a 1/2 hour , never heard my name called IF she mistaken me for a customer NOTHING!! Not to mention she FAILED to inform me that before the interview I'd be getting an email asking for my social security number and personal information, which I had to call her to see if it was legit. DOESN'T SOUND LIKE MANAGER MATERIAL TO ME!! Customer services is most important, rudeness gets you black-marked Your loss Lauren! Thanks for reviewing :o)
