I would recommend Kil's Taekwondo to anyone of any age. Kil's Taekwondo offers good discipline and an awesome cardio workout. The kids learn hand eye coordination, focus and balance along with the traditional martial arts.

Loved it...The best instructors, the best classes. I really learned alot about tae kwon do.



I also tried the kickboxing classes and thought they were great...
