12/16/10 - 8/1/11 I moved that's why I no longer work for Maxtrix... This is a great company for both men and women who like to work. You will need to have reliable transportation, because work locations are in many different areas in Brighton and across Michigan. But they do give you gas money incentives for your willingness to drive. I was hired part-time at 9.25 an hour, but I worked more full-time, because I made myself available for all shifts, they were really good at paying me for all hours worked and I even got some overtime too. I got a .25 cent pay raise afer 90 days, without having to ask. The owners are very nice guys, and you'd have to be dumb not to like the office manager Sandy, and the rest of the staff. Being responsible and hard work is key to being noticed for getting assigned to more work. When I was there most job supervisors were women, but guys can advance too. I'm not sure about benefits, for I was not there long enough to learn about any.
