Superior Sanitation is a great co. only reason why I don't give them 5 stars is I've had them twice now in the past 10 years. Both times they sell their customers to other services and never tell you before they do so. Now I have WM which I've been going around and around with since I pd SS the end of June for July-Sept and WM isn't honoring that payment so basically I pd $51 for 1 week of service. That's not good business. Now I'm left trying to find another co.

We switched to Superior Sanitation from one of the big companies that doesn't care about the customer anymore. So far we have been very happy with Superior! When I have called on the phone, they have been very nice. My husband talked to the driver one morning and he was very polite and informative. Their prices are a whole lot cheaper than the company we were previously with. Plus, they have a senior citizen rate! If we don't help the little guy stay in business, we are going to be at the mercy of the big company and have to pay the price they charge! Thank you Superior Sanitation!

We switched to Superior Sanitation on the advice of our son who has them and lives a distance away. We are so happy with this company. They are polite, professional and reasonably priced. Their customer service is top notch. We definitely will stay with this company no matter where we move to. Highly recommended.

Thes guys are quite a bit cheaper than anyone else around. I've never seen them leave dropped garbage laying in the middle of the street or in my yard like I've previously observed with other companies. When I called 2 years ago to set up my service, the recepionist was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The one time I had a billing question (I was late in paying) I was met with fast, friendly customer service then too. We are moving again soon and I will be taking Superior Sanitation's service with me!

Terrible customer service, calling the office to request special pick up or explain delays in service results in dealing with rude receptionists and no help in dealing with the problems. The owner is never available to handle complaints and could care less about customer satisfaction.

Find another garbage service, they're useless!
