I have been doing business with Uptown Exchange for a few years now. I have only purchased a couple of things from the store which have been excellent in pricing and condition. Jamie, the store owner, has always been more than fair with me. There have been a few situations where I have needed to borrow a few extra dollars off of the item that I had pawned in his store and he had absolutely no problem in helping me out. For anybody that wants the best offer from, in my opinion the best pawn store with the best customer service anywhere in the Midwest, go to Uptown exchange. See Jamie, the store owner, He will give you the best deal and certainly doesn't have the usual pawn store attitude that you see anywhere else. He is the best! Scott Kennedy

Great store, great people (manager Jamie is awesome), and awesome products. I moved pretty far away but still make the drive out to this shop for its service. Im a loyal 5 year customer and recommend this shop to everyone!

I have been going there for years. The manger Jamie is a great person to deal with greets me by name when I walk threw the door. Will let me be as I walk threw there shop but is right there to answer in detail on any question I may have than approches me with a pressure approch makes sure the product im looking at is the prouduct I acctually need I have even had a few items I have had to bring back and the loyalty of being a good local coustmer and a valid reason I had to bring it back he did not even ask questions. Even selling stuff up there has been a plesant experience.. all in all great place to shop,sell,or just browse and maybe hear a cool story
