After only speaking to my son for, at most, 10 minutes, Dr. Vorias diagnosed him with a virus that needed to run its course for the length of "7 to 10 days". Then, when we asked for a letter to excuse him from school for the previous week, she took a very cold and uppity tone, saying he should have gone to work and school. He had already told her that the worst part had been exhaustion, which I could verify he had been sleeping around the clock for the week, only getting up to go to the bathroom and eat a little bit. She then said we should have come in sooner. WHY? She wasn't able to do anything for him!! We know there isn't anything that treats viruses, and we only made the appointment after it wasn't looking like he was getting over it!! I can't believe this medical professional would 1. Tell people they should go to work and school with a virus, spreading it to others and 2. act like it's appallingly to ask for a doctors note, when most jobs and schools require it with absences!! I was shocked and angry to see my son treated so poorly when he's already been down with illness. My son is an amazingly kind and gentle person who goes out of his way to help others and it was awful to see him treated this way. I would never want this doctor to treat any of my friends, family, or even aquaintences!

excellent. She listens to you and observes you very carefully. You can be completely honest and she won't judge you like some doctors do. She is the best doctor that I have ever been to.
