I was going to go through morin. They put one insurance agency on my registration. The next day before everything was all done, I went for a cheaper insurance. I called morin, canceled and told them my check was no longer valid and not to cash it. They agreed. A week later, they tried to cash it, making me negative in my account. a day later, they did it again making me even more negative. I called and asked why. They stated they changed my insurance company(even after i canceled) to a different one without informing me, and that the company I was set with did it. I called the new place, they informed me that morin never canceled the policy and never informed them abou the check. I spoke to a supervisor and they told me the reimbursement was 100% morin's responsibility. I called morin, they refused, gave me an attitude and hung up. The next day, I posted a negative review about their agency. They saw it and posted my personal information, and policy information on FACEBOOK ! On a friend of theirs page. That is 1 ) rude, and 2) completely illegal. I am telling all of you that they are liars, they steal, and their rude. Unless you want to get screwed over completely, then find somebody else. They are the worst and the most unproffessional business I have ever gone to. Please please dont let them do this to you too. I am not the only one unsatisfied with their agency. They are snakes.
