I waited an hour past my scheduled appointment time, and was told it was because the doctor I was seeing was "slow" by "Helen" at the front desk. Then when I called in for biopsy test results I was told the doctor was out and would not be in the office for the rest of the week so I would have to wait another 6 days for results Again dealing with "Helen". When I asked if someone else was covering for him and could read my results and let me know, I was told "I don't know. You'll have to call back tomorrow and we'll see what we can do", and hung the phone up on me. Unbelievably rude! I'm waiting for biopsy test results, with a history of cancer in my family, you'd think they would be a little nicer and helpful about getting me my results. She could really use some better people skills especially since she deals so much with the public.
