don't book with this dentist unless your looking to sit in there lobby for well over a hr after your scheduled appointment. I was waiting for well over a hr and come to find out the receptionist told me a earlier time then they put in the computer.. altho I am thankfull for there mistake because I ended up going to a different dentist and ended up paying 1/2 latterly 1/2 the charge!! dr James's office wanted to charge $520 for a extraction!!! I ended up getting it done for $260. in the end it is your call , your time , your money and your mouth ... but I am never going to go back to dr james, there are more dentists out there :)

Constantly overbooking this is my 4th time here and the minimum wait time is 2 hours. Our appt. was at noon it is now 2:00 pm and I'm still waiting. This place sucks!
