This use to be a great company, unfortunately the owner has retired and the company was bought out within the past year. I just had them at the house to give an estimate to replace two valves under my kitchen sink and this did not include actually hooking the pipes up to the sink itself....estimate they gave me: 788.00...I almost gagged at the outrageous quote. I decided to do it myself (with no previous plumping experience) and total cost of parts: 78.22 for parts, total time it took me: under 30minutes. They tried to scare me into taking the quote "You won't have any water until this is fixed"...I responded I didn't care, the job was not difficult and I refused to be swindled....I am all for supporting local businesses and my community but this is ridiculous verging on insanity.
