Lease terms and rules are a joke. They never enforce them. Promised security guards patrol at night but that was not true. Car broken into and had to pay to fix it. They didn't even care when I called them. People treat this place like trash. Tons of homeless people walk through with their carts digging through the trash bins. And I have it all on video! People act like they own the place. Between the construction and the residents you never know who will be in your apartment. Don't waste your time here pay less elsewhere and have more peace of mind. I fear for my safety on a daily basis. Never mind the safety of children here. Thats also a joke. Cars treat this like a pass through street and everyone speeds through here like its a race. Actually saw a woman on her motor scooter in the middle of the street blocking traffic from passing when there is a perfectly good side walk - which no one ever uses. Kids play music, ride bikes, scooters, play basketball when ever they want & where ever they want. But if you like to have pool access (if its in working order) or use an outdated gym by all means overpay for rent here. rent elsewhere and a gym membership will be cheaper. Good Luck if you move here anything you say will be ignored. I know bc it happened to me. Their contractors also left a nice razor blade in my 1 yr olds room. That was a fun experience.
