I can totally feel Lucy's pain because I also had an experience of being overcharged during an emergency situation. Buyers BEWARE. I WOULD NOT recommend this company at all. There are other oil providers that are more honest and have better prices.

Had them out to do a cleaning seem to do a decent job the guy they sent was very nice. But now I am having a problem with the furnace shutting off so I called them back, they come back and say its the control box I ask what does that cost he tells me $325.00 I have no choice at this point but to have it replaced, I went and looked up the "control box" and they cost $94.00 and it took them 10 minutes to swap it out. THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF BLIND. I went to get a check and the two guys left saying I yelled at them and stomped upstairs, what I had said to them no yelling involved is "you told me that box was 325.00 I just looked them up and they cost 94.00". I called the office to explain the situation to the office and they put me on hold and left me on hold, the guys that were here called me the second guy that showed up had a horrible nasty attitude with me. He threatened to come and put the "bad box" back on, I told him if he showed up at my house he would have to break into my garage and I would have him arrested... Sad thing is I was thinking about switching my oil provider to these A$$ clowns, no way in he!! now... WARNING DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Poor customer service, lost my...

Poor customer service, lost my check, tried to charge me more and blamed it on me. Never offered to look for check or appease me in any way.......didnt offer to pay stop payment fee or make any concessions for a 3 yr + customer....and tried to bill me $10 over amount i owed because payment was overdue. (they had my check, what did they do with it??????) Will NOT buy oil from them again. Hope they can afford to lose customers in this economy....Help me spread the word...they're arrogant and deserve to lose business!!

We never had this customer's check. She called up irrate, and understandably, that her check was missing. It was a very windy day and perhaps it blew away or someone walked up and took the check that she said would be taped to the front door. The check was not present when the driver arrived at that location but because she has been a long time customer, we left the oil for her anyways. As soon as the driver picks up a check at any location, he writes "paid" and the check number on the ticket as a receipt for the customer to see that we received their check. He couldn't write paid on her ticket because there was no check there. Yes, we do charge a fee if payment isn't received within a certain amount of time but we are understanding and did waive that fee for her, without question. If we were in the wrong we would definately admit it, apologize for the inconvenience and do what it takes to fix the mistake and make our customers happy. Thank you for your business with us
