I had my vehicle towed to AVP because someone told me they were very good and would fix my vehicle in a timely matter and have me on my way and prices are very reasonable. Well have to say the professionalism of the staff Roseann , Doris and can’t forget Jason were wonderful, I waited for a bit and they came out to waiting room and said it will be a couple hours so they had shuttle driver Butch take me home, what a great guy he was. I just want to thank everyone at AVP Service for great experience, they have me as a permanent customer and will refer other people.

They were very attentive. Also very polite. Rosanne was very accommodating to my needs fixed my car on time. Always kept me updated. I will gladly come back great place great people very positive environment

when they give you a time or quote they are spot on. the customer service is really friendly and they call to keep you in the loop.

You have to get the right tech that knows what he's doing. I ONLY deal with Steve he's the best.. He actually knows what he's doing. Its ALWAYS fixed the 1st time, I never have to worry.... The people in the office are extremely overwhelmed but they need to figure out a way to make it work.

Avp is Do not have good service they did know what was Rong with my car I paid a 100 dollars and they saying it's the same thing I would like at least haf off my money back I'm missing out on work I cannot keep calling out if I lose my job then what this not right I would love to talk to the boss because I'm made at this it's no way I should be calling out off work if they fix it the first time I would not haft to call out I'm enot liking this at all be cause if it was fix I would not be in this problem Avp is not good then it take for ever for them to answer the phone I'm not like the service and I should get my money back if not all haft will do I'm missing out on a lot off work so please get back to me and let me know how we can solve this with out my lawyer thinks

This ppl don't know what they doing u take u cAR in to get a diagnosis on the problem and it takes them a week to do so and still can't tell u what'd the problem is I wouldn't take my car there ever worse

Their hold time just to answer the phone is ridiculous. Then when the guy finally answers the phone he has the nerve to ask 'me "didn't he just speak to me"....
