Jen is very nice but over all baby duck photography was extremely difficult to communicate with. ABOUT A YEAR AGO.. I had beach photos done and I had issues with the link sent to me and downloading all 300 pictures so I wasn’t able to get them and haven’t since.. I paid $150 to basically post Facebook pictures of the beach shoot. No downloads.. no prints. I would message and weeks would go by then until I would post a comment I would finally get a reply. I wasted my money.. I’m extremely disappointed. Like I said nice person but from a business customer service standpoint they need to step their game up.
