extremely helpful staff beautiful gowns .. Came in in Oct of 2015 they ordered the dress I was searching for everywhere ... Picked my dress up yesterday and it's stunningly beautiful .. fits like a glove. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for wedding/prom attire ! Tony and his staff are extremely helpful and so super nice !

I absolutely love this place! Anyone looking for a great place to get everything for your bridal party at amazing discounts you have got to come here. I love the homey feel and they have gorgeous dresses! I found "the one" right away. No dress I have ever tried on has come close to this dress and it's all because of Cathy! She is amazing and very very helpful. Everyone that works there is great. Makes you feel comfortable and at home, like they are your friends instead of workers.

I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN THIS SALON. All the girls were measured and ordered their dresses on the higher side just in case. They were NEVER told that the dresses run 2 sizes too small. The wedding is a few weeks friom now and some of the girls dresses don't fit and none of the girls are heavy. We are talking sizes 10 to 12 don't fit!!! Also the quality of the dresses seem to be much lower than the dresses that they tried on. These seem like cheap copies from China!!! When I called and complained that we were going to have to incur more costs in having the dresses altered, we were told "Oh, all girls have to have bridesmaids gowns altered"!! What a crock of crap!! NO APOLOGY, NO i will give you $20 toward alterations since it was our fault...NOTHING!!! We would have ordered all the dresses larger had we been informed at the time of purchase! I would never go back there and would not reccommend anyone to their salon. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I completely agree with the first review. This one star rating is being generous. I never met such a rude manager in my life. I purchased a wedding gown from there before it was renovated and I tried it on when it first came in, before it was renovated. I then went back to pick up my dress once it was paid off and it looked like the place was out of business. I put my dress on in practically a closet looking at a door mirror you get at bed bath beyond. Needless to say, I had trouble with my dress and refused to take it home, the manager there was soooooo rude and disrespectful and has no sympathy for brides. Another lady there was showing me other dresses and I was like "no lady I want MY dress!!". I would not recommend this place to ANYONE, especially now that they have these "renovations" going on. In the end I faught and faught and faught and finally got my money back for my dress and went to Irma's bridal in cherry hill which was great.

RUN...as fast as possible! An Elegant Affair has recently downsized the store. They claimed they were remodeling. We ordered the bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses from them before their "renovation" was completed. When we returned, I was terrified that they had closed. They are now less than half the size with a drastically reduced selection. To try on a bridal gown you must find a staff member that is not "busy" conversing with one another, choose the dresses from the pictures on the wall that you like, and then wait for them to pull them from the stock room, ultimately turning your bridal experience into the equivalence of ordering a McDonanld's meal. "I'll take a number one please." The staff are ignorant to the entire dress process and often order dresses two sizes larger claiming that the dresses run small. Do not let them fool you! They openly admit to not knowing how to work a tape measurer, and I was rudely asked to leave for staying five minutes after closing time. Not the place to go to feel special for your special day! I'd recommend skipping this experience all together!
