Kevin Whitaker and Bill are the best around. Love this company! Professional, kind, caring and top shelf experience. From the first moment of contact through to installation I realized this company was superior in all actions. Kevin and Bill have made our Bose sound system a wonderful, wonderful experience. If this is the same company that does home theater installation work for the Bose Store in Marlton, NJ I would just say that I would not allow them to install an AM transistor radio in a dog house. They installed my home theater about 2 years ago, if you continue reading you will see why this review was written now and not then. I wanted all home theater equipment to be installed in the basement, the TV and speakers are located in the family on the next floor. I purchased and had run 2 HDMI cables from the family room to the basement; they cost about $300.00 a piece because they needed to withstand high temperature, since the TV is mounted above the fireplace. I had 2 run, one for the LifeStyle48 and one for my PC (for future use). That is the background.

On the initial installation I specifically asked if the Bose remote would operate the VZ STB, because the VZ STB remote was not RF, I was told yes and all functionality would be accessible and that the job would be 2 people and 3 days to complete. So they showed up late on a daily basis, after they missing the initial install date, there was 1 guy for most of the time and it took him 5 days. I needed to go out and buy an $800.00 RF remote because all functionality was not obtained with the Bose remote, in fact there was very limited options that I could use. Then this past weekend I went to connect my PC to the TV so I can display pictures from the PC on the TV for a party and when I look for the HDMI cable I noticed that the end was cut off and they used that HDMI cable, without telling me, as an audio out from the TV to the home theater. I needed TV audio out to home theater so that when streaming video the audio would go through the home theater. Like I said in the beginning I would not allow them to install and AM transistor radio in a dog house.
