Do not use!

They ruined 2 faux fur king comforters!! They did do a re-do but the comforters were ruined. They seemed scorched and the fur was rough. I had cleaned them before at another cleaners with no problems. The manager, John, essentially would not take responsibility and said they followed label instructions.

I was offered a no charge for my clothes that were ready, but that was a far cry from the replacement cost. I paid the $23 I owed for my cleaning. I was not after a freebie!

I will NEVER go back there! Beware!! If you have valuable pieces, think again about using their services.

I do have to say that their counterperson I worked with was awesome! Jackie.. Shes a real cutie..

At default, I have to use a star.. Not worth any stars!
