Reasonable, honest, extremely knowledgeable, the only repair shop I use. I rate him the best in the Tri-cities.

J & J is the only place my family takes our cars to- and is the only place we recommend to friends. Not only do they do great work, but Jimmy Gross (owner) is one of the nicest, most honest guys I know. Many times he has called around to find the best deal on car parts I needed (most mechanics would have used their normal supplier and been done with it). He gets an A+ in my book! You won't be disappointed.
