I dropped my running car off to have the head gasket looked at since there was white smoke coming out of the exhaust. I explained to them that with the age of the car that if it was going to be a major expense to just let me know and do nothing. Three weeks and $2300 later I got my car back and it still wouldn't idle at all. Keep in mind that even with a bad head gasket that the car would still idle fine. After reviewing my bill I was charged for a radiator (that didn't leak previously), radiator hoses, all new belts, a timing kit, thermostat and quite a bit of other things. Less then 400 miles later it locks up on my wife getting off the Interstate. I went up to Lakeway to ask them about, I was greeted by one of the mechanics that was there that they do not do refunds, in a joking way. I didn't think it was real funny that I dropped $2300 and got less then an oil change out of it before it died, literally its been less then 500 miles. After talking to a couple other guys I was told it was nothing that they did. There is no accountability there and no professionalism. It was VERY obvious that they didn't want anything to do with fixing my car. They have lost a customer FOREVER.

I have been meaning to leave a review for the last few months. I took my car there for diagnostic services. They called me and let me know that they had changed my brakes for me and that I had a sensor bad that they had intended to change. I said do not do ANYTHING else. I went down and in that time, they had gone ahead and put the sensor in and were trying to charge over $500.00. I made them take the sensor back out, and still ended up paying around $300.00 for BRAKES! Soon after, I found that SOMEONE had poured oil in my transmission fluid......Wonder who that could have been?

They said 100% that my problem was fixed and charged $400.00 still walking after 2 weeks. took to another garage had it running in 2 days $185.00. not even a star Do Not Trust
