Provided by YPmobileMy husband has sent me roses from this florist on 2 different occasions and we are very pleased. The roses were gorgeous and the delivery was exactly as ordered. We highly recommend Pippin's florist!

Provided by YP.comI am very impressed with this florist. I ordered a arrangement and then found out that it could not be sent to the location that I wanted.Thomas helped me by mailing the vase I waned to the florist that would be able to deliver my arrangement. Thomas went above and beyond.

Provided by YP.comTERRIBLE SERVICE! I was told that my flowers would be delivered before 3pm, before my mother-in-law left work -- I got a call at 3:15 asking where to deliver the flowers which I then had to send them to her house which is not what I wanted. I called the manager to express my concern and was greeted with one of the rudest men (Thomas) I have ever talked to. He was sarcastic, asking inappropriate questions regarding my mother-in-law's age, where I worked and what kind of people I deal with everyday and only offered a very hateful apology. He kept saying they were busy and covered up and he wouldn't offer any type of discount because he had product and people to pay for and if I could do any better to come down there and try to run the place myself. I have never experienced such rude and terrible customer service. My intentions were not to get a discount, but to just express my concern about being told that my flowers would be delivered before a certain time and they weren't. I will never use Pippin again and advise everyone else to stay far away from them. Try Misty's or the Food City floral department.

I was going to use this florist again..(they did a horrible job delivering to my Aunt's funeral..dreadful) but I am OUTRAGED that they support the gay community. I am a christian conservative and this is very upsetting to me. I will take my busiess to a place that has more conservative values. God Bless you souls..I will use the hometown Food City florist from now on.

I have always ordered flowers from here but after reading these reviews and seeing how my co-workers were treated, I can say that I will seriously rethink using you all again. I am stunned that you would try to cover up a bad customer experience by making up rumors. I was also stunned to find out that you "repossed" flowers sent to someone because YOU got the order wrong! In these tough economic times you should be doing everything you can to make customers happy.(regardless of any personal issues) I have never seen such ill treatment of a customer. Shame on you! (and just you know I'm on the up and up I'll use my name)

I would like to clarify one thing, from "The Truth's" previous post, now I cant speak for the rest of the reviews but I know for a fact that the review that I posted regarding the remembrance arrangement that never got to the church, and the poor customer service was based on an actual experience with them this past mothers day weekend, and has nothing to do with any other reviews. I just feel like these reviews are something to be taken seriously and they do help other customers just like me find the best places to do business with locally, and had I had a great experience with Pippin I assure you I would have posted a review for that as well, in this case I did not, but please do not question the validity of an honest review by assuming that they are all done by the same person. I am an honest consumer who had a bad experiance and wanted people to know to be aware when doing business with this florist.

I want to clear things up, the previous 4 posts are from my X-Boyfriend. He is upset because his last attempts to win me back after I caught him with my step-brother, didn't work. Then he and my step-brother ordered flowers from Pippin, Because they were voted Bristol's Best Florist. My stepbrother works for another local florist and thought if the flowers didn't work then we can at least mess with them at Pippin. Nothing in his posts are true. He's upset because he has been outted, and because he was busted CHEATING WITH MY STEP-BROTHER.Look at the dates he posted, all in the same 2 day time frame. The people at Pippin, did nothing wrong, the flowers were beautiful. They were at the butt-end of a stupid prank.Grow up Matthew!!!! Don't you have some work to do. I should have known all those late nights at Dex,the only thing you were working was step-brother.

Provided by YP.comThe good reviews are from several years ago. This florist has down downhill. They have the absolute worst customer service and floral arrangements. You will not be happy with the work they do. I was unhappy with an arrangement from this company and when i called to advise them i was treated horrible. The employee, cory, actually cursed at me!! I asked for the owner and he refused to give me any name. He is a very NASTY person and if you look at reviews on other sites you will see how bad this florist really is! Do NOT use them!!!!

This company has been in business so long I guess they feel they can take advantage of people. Well I am sick and tired of companies like this that take advantage of people. They put together these crappy arrangments and then expect people to pay high dollar for them. They have hit their heads on something!
