We recently moved to the area, so when our transmission went out we had no idea where to take it. After asking around, several people told us they wouldn't take their vehicle anywhere but RJ at Precision Transmission. When we called he was super busy had about 17 vehicles ahead of us, but was honest and upfront about that saying he couldn't get it done for 2 or 3 weeks. It was finished and ready to pick up in exactly 2 wks., at a price much cheaper than others had quoted us, and with an 18 month warranty to boot. Everyone there is extremely nice, friendly, and willing to help their customers. I would highly recommend using their business for all your transmission needs, definitely worth the time it takes to get your vehicle back, because they do such good work and are so reasonable priced.

I was referred to Precision by a friend and I am glad I was. This place is super busy for a reason...the price is extremely reasonable and the quality is top notch. It's not every day I need my transmission fixed but am I ever glad I found Precision.

We had our conversion van’s transmission rebuilt by RJ at Precision Transmission. He was highly recommended by every mechanic to whom we talked. A couple of them said that he was the only person they would have do transmission work. They each said that he did quality work and was honest. After having RJ deal with two transmissions I have found him to be the most humble, honest businessman. He rebuilt our transmission in one day. He dealt with us in a very kind, respectful way. As far as the prior comments go, they seem totally opposite of my experiences with RJ. We never knew RJ before needing this transmission work. I have the highest respect for RJ and am hard-pressed to think of a business of which I think more highly. Though I did not do local price comparisons, his price was much lower than anything I had heard from other people who had transmission work done or anything I saw online. His shop is overflowing with business. I had to get there early Monday morning.

NOT SURE WHAT THIS IS ABOUT WE HAVE NO RECORD OF ANYTHING LIKE THAT WE WARRENTY OUR WORK IF YOUR TRUCK WAS UNDER WARRENTY THERE IS NO WAY WE WOULD HAVE CHARGED YOU FOR ANYTHING AT ALL THIS IS A LIE AND WE STAND BEHIND OUR WORK

they rebuilt the transmission in our truck and it wentback out the next day, we had to pay them again to take the transmission out and to put back in. it was under waranty but we had to pay. to me thats bad business.it was'nt our fault they did'nt do it right the first time.

Young guy named David I think, is a con artist. How my transmission was supposedlly fine for whole year during warranty. i had to take it back at least 4 times. Two days after the warranty was over i all of a sudde ngot an electrical short that caused the brake switch to cause clutches to burn up. If problem is not resolved, I will file suit.

I've dealt with RJ Stanley several times over the past few years dealing with different situations and different cars. I have never found him to be anything less than polite, helpful and fair. Once I was asked to come back at a later date simply because he didn't have room on his lot for my vehicle. If he's that busy and is recommended by other mechanics, then that is a testimony to his high quality work and business stability.

I have had my car serviced here several times and have had nothing but wonderful interactions and experiences! Luckily I haven't had any serious transmission problems but if I ever do this is where i will take my vehicle without a doubt! The owner is a great man very polite and very honest. Any questions I had he answered to where I could understand! Dont know what happened with the other reviewer but i have a hard time believing anything like that would happen unless he was just having a bad day which we all do so i could understand. I HIGHLY recommend this business!! Very sweet employees and they always stand behind their work!!!

RJ Stanley the owner is a very rude person, possibly mentally unstable. I was asked to come in for an explanation for an inexpensive quote on a repair. He greeted me by first telling me he was so annoyed with his business that he was ready to shut the doors right then and never go back. I told him I was invited by him a week earlier over the phone on a simple procedure $100 or so. he gets paranoid thinking I called him over and over again concerning this simple matter told me the job would cost $1200 for a rebuild on my transmission then told me he didn't want any more work, that he could not handle more work at that time and he quote "did not want my business." unquote.I spoke to him for 8 min. one time a week before, come down I am for sure it is a simple gear replacement cost $100 or so..Show up, rude and angry at the world, rebuild it for $1200 AVOID
