I own a 2011 Kia Forte. I went to Sam Sneads Tire in Abingdon VA to get rotation and balance. There was a person behind the counter who looked bored and annoyed who finally acknowledged my presence.I asked for a price for the service I was there for. After long moments of hesitation, he said ABOUT $50.00. I left and went down the road to Roberts Tire, there the man behind the counter without hesitation, gave me a price of $28.00 and had me serviced and out in 10 min! I had my mother call back to Sams and ask for a price on the same service and the man answered the phone Yeah! After hesitation he said ABOUT $60.00 ($10 increase in 30 min). This kind of customer to customer service is bad business!!
