I have two Toyotas and one Chevy and I have all three serviced at Toyota of Bristol. I always request that Buck Snyder perform the maintenance on my vehicles. I have dealt with Buck for many years and I appreciate his honesty and genuine concern for his customers. The service writer, Randy, is always very professional and friendly. Todd in parts is a pleasure to deal with concerning any parts needs I may have. Thank you Buck, Randy and Todd. Provided by YP.comRecently had oil change because I received a discount coupon for such by email. I feel the oil change price Bristol charges is too high without the coupon. The oil change was complete extremely fast and they have the best customer waiting area around with different flavored coffees, popcorn, water etc. I took away 1 star only because without the coupon the price for an oil change is too high and higher of all other different brand dealers.

Provided by YP.comI have owned by Tacoma for about 18 months. From sales to service it has been an excellent experience. The sales person went out of his way to make sure I had the vehicle that I needed. Since the sale the service department has been just as wonderful. I schedule service online. It is quick, easy, and I receive reminders on my phone. The service department is always ready when I get there. Everything done to the truck is explained and in writing. The customer service is excellent which is a rare find in today's business world. I give Bristol Toyota 5 stars!

Provided by YP.comWonderful dealer and the service reps are always very helpful and willing to explain things clearly to you. Calling in by phone is a bit of a hassle but, pretty much everywhere is these days. Too many levels of communication in the American workplace.

Provided by YPmobileOnce you can get past the horrible phone situation they have a wonderful service department. Go out of their way to take care of you. It seems like everytime I call for an appt though I get transferred and put on hold and transferred and have to tell at least 6 different people what I need before I finally get to the person who actually takes care of me. That's really frustrating when there's crazy alarms flashing on your car how your brakes are out. You can't beat a place that always has popcorn for it's patrons though. :)
