We bought a 3 bedroom house that was built in 1962. The carpeting in the bedrooms had seen its last day. Williams Custom Floors was recommended by Stevens Flooring. Williams removed the old carpet, sanded the bedroom floors and our hallway, wood was beautiful, red oak. The crew was very meticulous in the preparation of the wood for finishing. The floors are now gorgeous, they match the wood in the living room. Would highly recommend Williams any time.

We had to repair floor where a wall was removed. Flooring store recommended William as being the best floor repair person. He seemed very detailed & particular about doing a good job. We decided to have a contrasting color of wood and porcelain tiles installed. I had to buy Bruce hardwood for the repair. There were a lot of bad boards in the lot. I was disappointed that William did not select the best boards. Some look pretty rough. And he said we needed to use black silicone caulk & that we needed to do that. That was a detail that was important to overall appearance. We did the best we could, but it's not great. We really thought he should have done that. Also, one of his guys threw parts of his lunch in my front yard (part of a sandwich & a banana peel. They also dropped a big glob of adhesive on my new door mat outside. Ruined. Overall, not the high quality I expected & it wasn't inexpensive.....
