We've been going to this business since it opened. They consistantly have the best products available. Everyone where i work LOVES their "goodies". We have even purchased cakes, cookies, etc as gifts, prizes and refreshments for meetings for our out of town management visitors. Would highly recommend this bakery & as a matter of fact, I have.

Great variety, great prices. They always have a selection of seasonal goodies too! My out of town family always has to stop in when they come to visit too!

Sadly quality is not what it use to be and prices are way to high!

Donuts were decent but the desserts are very pricey and not very tasty. Not the friendliest staff.

This bakery is delicious!! It seems everytime I go in there is a new yummy treat. The donuts are always good, but their pastries are truely to die for! The creme brulee and white chocolate rapsberry cheesecake are so good! You must stop in when visiting downtown bristol.

Don't bother not worth the money. There's a new bakery inside Bellacino's off exit 7 that makes incredible desserts from scratch I will be taking my business to them. Prices way to high for the quality.

way over rated, was good when they first opened but is not as good anymore, cakes are bland and dry and icing is greasy tasting.Not the friendliest people if you complain they don't offer a refund or exchange for something.

I have been a loyal customer of this bakery for the last 9 months (ever since I first moved to Bristol), and have given them a lot of business (just about every day since we have lived in Bristol), and the 1 time when I was unhappy with a desert item (the Baklava) that I had never tried before, I kindly told the manager (that knows me very well from all of the business that I have given the bakery) that I was unhappy with the Baklava (because it was way too sweet), and she refused to give me an exchange for something else (when I was unhappy with it after taking 1 very small bite of it). They do not care if a customer is unhappy. Blackbird Bakery has lost my business forever. So, I think that everyone should know that if you are ever unhappy with an item that you order from them, than do not expect them to care that you are unhappy with the item (because they will not care, and they will not offer you a refund, or an exchange for something else).

We went to the Blackbird while on vacation and were blown away by the service as well as the donuts and bars. Everything we got was delicious and perfectly done. The peanut butter filled donuts were great! Charlotte's hospitality and friendliness made us feel right at home. I wish we had a Blackbird in our hometown!

Wow---what can I say about this place...the donuts are simply amazing! Definately the best around! In addition, the birthday cakes taste as good as they look. The staff is very friendly and personable. Love it!

WENT THERE TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME AS ALL MY FRIENDS ARE TALKING ABOUT THE BAKERY. WOW DOUBLE WOW. THE SELECTION IS GREAT, THE BAKERY OF COURSE SMELLS GREAT. I SAT OUTSIDE IN THE CAR AND ATE A DONUT BEFORE GOING HOME. THE YOUNG LADY THAT WAITED ON ME WAS SUPER. LOVE IT!

This place is great! Everything that I have ever ordered from there has been wonderful and the prices are very reasonable! If you haven't tried it yet, I highly suggest you do!

THE NEW BLACKBIRD BAKERY OPENED MONDAY JUNE 16TH AND THEY ARE SOMETHING GREAT FOR DOWNTOWN BRISTOL AREA.I HAVE BOUGHT THEIR DOUGHNUTS SEVERAL KINDS AND HOMEMADE CINNAMON ROLLS AND THEY ARE ALL REALLY FRESH AND TASTE EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT,MY OPINION IS THEY ARE ALOT BETTER THAN ANY KRISPY KREME OR ANY OTHER PLACE,ANYONE IN THE AREA SHOULD DROP BY AND TRY THEM THEY ARE GREAT, THE TASTE IS BETTER THAN ANY YOU WILL EVER EAT.I HOPE THEY ARE HERE TO STAY FOR MANY YEARS TO COME AND THEY NEED US ALL TO WELCOME THEM NOW THAT THEY ARE OPEN BY GIVING THEM OUR BUSSINESS SO GO BUY SOMETHING AND YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THEM AS I DID.
