Took my computer in and was advised what was wrong and an easy fix so they did not have to open it up. The problem was when we picked it up it was obvious they either tried to open it up or did as the casing was broken and they never said a word. Poor customer service experience.

Against my better judgment I bought from this store...usually buy directly from Dell (online buying is great...very user-friendly) but the guy at Computer "pros" told me he could save me money and "build" any computer I wanted. Those were both lies. He didn't "build" anything but sold me what he'd "built" for the showroom. I didn't know I was getting a used model until I arrived to bring some software for him to load and it was missing off the floor. And when I got it home it didn't have the specs that I told him I wanted and it reeked of cigarette smoke. The monitor was also scratched. When I took it back within days and was told that I could only receive store credit, which doesn't do me a lot of good since I don't want anything that smells of smoke. He later told me he would freshen it with Fabreeze...how can one get rid of smoke odor on all of the innards of a computer when they are exposed to smoke...can you spray the inside of a computer with air freshener?
