Excellent dental practice

This office was highly professional, great with educating me and my family about what we needed to have done treatment wise and explaining everything. I would recommend them to anyone. By the way, a patient should know about their insurance benefits before ever stepping into a healthcare facility. It isn't the doctor's or dentist's job to explain your benefits to you.

very unhappy

The front desk at gentle family dentistry was extremely unhelpful. The girl at the front desk had to be no more than 17 and did not know if they accepted certain insurance providers. I have never been to a more unprofessional office in my life.
