Great experience, very nice and helpful staff. They made our decision very easy. They delivered our new mattress on time and even hauled off our old one. We absolutely love our new mattress!

This place is a joke. They hire liars and thieves in this particular store. There is a twelve year old named Katelynn and some manager person named Karen I came in to look at Mattresses and these two clowns were arguing like two high school girls, Then there was this girl named Jennifer ( that was later arrested for stealing a lot of money from this place.) It was in the paper. She tried to get me to pay her under the table and I had originally talked to someone else. She told me one price and it ended up being another price. Where do they get these people? I live in Kings port but I stopped by their store in Johnson City super nice guy named Scott and very professional. He told me if I could not get back to stop in Kings port and talk to this guy named Richard, Another great guy! Very professional and courteous. Had a lot of integrity. I sent him like 4 referrals. Better Mattress firm you need to hire more People like Scott and Richard. I will never go to Bristol again. It was Scott and Richard that brought me back!! way to go guys
