They know there stuff I like getting parts from their shop

While they do good work, the relationship with their customers are extremely bad. I have used them twice now, but never again. The first time I had my mower repaired, it took them the whole lawn season to repair, and they never called me to tell me the job was finished. Even after being persistant and calling them weekly, they stated the mower was not ready....The second time I took my mower there, they told me it would be ready in two weeks. After the two week period, I called them once a week and they acting annoyed with my questioning when the mower would be done. To my surprise, it only took them six weeks....never again!
