4 months before my wedding I booked this salon to do my hair and makeup along with my bridal party (10 Girls)...37 days before my wedding the salon owner Liza decided not only to change my costs (increase of $200) but also our arrangements...then within 2 hours she decided she could no longer hold the day for me and notified my by e-mail. She not only behaved in an extremely unprofessional way she was also very rude. She decided to insinuate that her employees were to blame for the miscommunication…but I spoke to her directly months ago….I will never go to that salon again.

I live in Coventry and have tried to find a great local salon but with no avail. I found out about the beauty mark salon from a co-worker and decided to give it a shot even though they are pretty far away from my home. IT IS WORTH THE DRIVE!!! While I was there I got a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow wax, highlights and a cut. I was pleasently surprised with the prices. The cut and color came out amazing. The manicure and pedicure were very relaxing. The staff makes you feel like you've known them forever. The salon itself is breathtaking! You must check this place out!

The service is great, the atmosphere is friendly! I plan on being a lifetime customer!
