Powder River High School, founded in 1919, provides educational opportunities to more than 135 students from grades ninth through twelfth. The curriculum offered by the school includes subjects such as biology, English, earth science, agricultural mechanics, technology, family and consumer science, accounting, world history, physical education and driver education. The high school offers sporting activities including boys basketball, football, cheerleading, track, volleyball, golf, girls basketball and wrestling. It also offers various extra-curricular activities to the students such as speech and drama, ceramics, advanced art, choir, band and photo editing. The Powder River High School is located in Broadus, Mont.
