It's a horrible place mold growing on all of the apartments maintenance leaves a horrible mess fixes things half assed they kill off the geese you don't want to live here!!! Keep looking!'n

At first I thought this apartment was good for the price. I rented a two bedroom at $555 in one of the brown brick buildings. However if you have any issues, the management will tell you it's not their responsibility. For example the leasing office workers said it wasn't their job to help tenants get their cars out of the snow after a huge storm. Another example is when my keys wouldn't work in the building door to get in (the locks are ancient) the one leasing office worker literally said "I don't know what to tell you." She had a maintenance worker show me how to jam the key into the lock and slam it to the side so it worked. Needless to say other tenants also had this issue because someone ultimately ended up breaking the door so it swings open freely. So much for security. I say unless you are in desperate need, just steer clear of the place. There are other affordable places to live in broadview heights ohio.
