Even after calling my order in, and being told 15 minutes, I still waited 40 minutes. The chicken is ok, but not worth the wait. Very slow!

The chicken at this uncle Remus location is better than any other location. The food is very fresh and the sauce is excellent. The only problem I have with this location is that it is the only one I know where fries are not included with your chicken. Why is this? Also, the prices are kind of crazy. How is it 10 wing cost more than 8 pieces including breasts? Other than those issues possibly the best chicken in chicagoland area! Harold who?

Uncle Remus Chicken has good seasoning throughout a piece of chicken. The texture is wonderfully crunchy and taste even better with the bbq sauce. I just think the bbq sauce could be evenly poured on the chicken a little more. But I still think the chicken is alsome. Maybe some menu could be avaliable so the customers so they don't have to wait til order time to look at the ones that are on the wall.

The food is good but they are not dependable. They run ou of chicken, the relocate with a promised date to reopen and they dont re-open and they never answer the phone.
