If you care for your car, stay away. My car was damaged in the wash, 3 people at Buckmans pointed out the machine that damaged it, but they refuse to fix it. Didn't even get an apology nothing. Management was rude and extremely defensive and cold. Poor poor poor customer service. Their canned corporate answer to any damaged caused is call your insurance company it's not our problem.
