Updated and raised my rating. My doctor of the past 14 years moved there from another facility. And while I rate her highly and have followed her in her last move, I found this practice difficult to work with and impersonal over the phone. I contemplated changing doctors, but decided to talk to the staff in person and found a much better reception. I am going to stick with my doctor and see how it goes.
