The Red Bird Cafe, also known as the Red Bird Tea Shoppe, is a full service coffee shop and tea bar. We serve American food in the restaurant and we feature homemade soups, salads, wraps, grilled sandwiches and pastries from Cheesy Eddie's and Greg'ry's Bakery. We use locally grown produce as much as possible and support local growers. We also have locally produced gourmet items in the gift shop including locally produced mustards, jams and jellies, Squash Seed Oils, Alpaca mittens,scarves and gloves and soaps from a goat farm in nearby Kendall, New York. We support the locavore movement by using fresh vegetables and fruits in our restaurant especially during the summer months by shopping in the farmers markets.
