One of the best customer experiences I have ever had, all of the guys welcomed me and made me feel comfortable during my first car rental experience. Alex went above and beyond to make sure that I was very well taken care of and happy with the car that they gave me. You don’t meet too many people in day to day life that go out of their way to help, and Alex went above and beyond. Will rent all cars from here in the future & refer all of my friends to this location. Wish there was more than five stars as an option. Thank you guys!

I had the worst experience with a representative . He was rude and failed to go over the particulars of the rental . I left a message with the corporate office for a call back , its been 5 days , No Call back. Perhaps that's the culture of the agency - ignore customers ?

Enterprise is excellent! I have gone to the Manley street site before and have always been pleased. Matt is terrific...very knowledgeable and professional. Also, Ryan at the Main street site, is pleasant and professional. When I go back to Massachusetts, I will certainly use Enterprise.

If you find yourself needing to rent a car, Enterprise is an excellent choice. The staff is knowledgable,& effeicent.

You have an array of various autos to pick from. The greatest thing is that all the cars are extemely clean, smell clean,

and already have gasoline in them. The price of a rental is is reasonable, and the service at Enterprise is uncomperable, You can't get a better deal elsewhere!!! The manger Mike, @ the Manley St. store in Brockton is a perfect example of all I'm writing about. Need a car? Enterprise will even pick you up!!!!!!
