Sorry to say my last experience is very disappointing. I ordered a wig, Erin-Z0209 on 11/26/2017 and did not even get a confirmation but my check was cashed and I still don't have the wig. Also have not received any communication from you. I called twice and was told product was on back order. at this time I am sending a letter requesting a refund.
