New ownership leaves a lot to be desired. The woman I spoke to on the phone about the new minimums was quite rude and had a very real animosity towards small business. Felt like I was being scolded for being a small business owner, who has in fact been buying from J&E Polish for a number of years. I hope their new way of dealing with customer's works for them. The woman I spoke to, would be a former employee if she worked for me. I can always deal with the "other" company on the west coast.
