Never use this place they are LAZY and unattentive.



I changed my address and had to e-mail and call several times over 3 months before they finally made the changes. Then I should have gotten a lower rate since I changed communities. I had to fight for the lower rate.



Then I asked them if the insurance company was the best one for me to be with, Could they please get a few other quotes for me to consider. I heard NOTHING back. so I then e-mailed the office manager with the same request. I got one quote a few days later. I went on-line at another providers website and had 3 quotes and a telephone call all in 24 hours and every quote was better for the EXACT same coverage. so then I questioned SBH and they had some lame excuses.

I've since changed to the other company.

We use SBH for all of our insurance needs and have for years. They have the best customer service around. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I went to their website, filled out a short form and received an e-mail and then a call within a few minutes. They reviewed both my home and auto policies and I ended up with better coverage and saved $400 too.
